About

My name is Trini - I'm a lighting designer & technician @ Stanford. I am driven to create immersive experiences and tell impactful stories,

In my Design degree, I work utilizing human-centered strategies. With the Theater and Performance Studies department, I build the technical skills to shape light in ways that are clear, meaningful, and beautiful.

I currently work at the Designing Education Lab in the Center for Design Research, promoting accessibility for blind and low-vision students, and the TAPS Scene Shop, supporting electrics and scenic construction.

This summer 2026, I’ll be working for Disney Imagineering on their Show Lighting Design team.

Through my previous work as a scenic technician on professional mainstages and as a student designer with a repertory theatrical company, I've gained tangible experience in taking design concepts from ideation to full performance realization.
